We look at what people are actually buying, contact manufacturers directly, and order samples before we commit to anything.
Goods are imported under our own account and held in a United States warehouse. Nothing is drop-shipped to you from overseas after you order.
You buy on one of our own stores. Payment goes straight to Stripe or PayPal, and you get a receipt with an order number the same minute.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours and you get carrier tracking by email. Downloads arrive in under a minute.

We import in advance and hold inventory in the United States. That is the whole reason your parcel takes days instead of the three to five weeks you get from a seller shipping from abroad.
Orders placed on a business day are picked and handed to the carrier within two days, with tracking emailed as soon as the label exists.
Full refund within 30 days, no explanation needed. We approve refunds in one business day rather than making you argue for them.
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, so we never see your card number. On your statement the charge reads CDA COMMERCE, so you always know who it was.
Email and phone reach the people who own the company. No ticket queue, no outsourced call centre. We reply within one business day, every day we are open.
Every product is sampled before it goes on sale, and stock is inspected on arrival. If something is wrong with what you received, that is our problem to fix, not yours.
Physical orders ship domestically from United States facilities, so there are no customs delays and no import charges waiting for you at delivery. We ship to residential addresses, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it.
Digital products have no geography at all — the download link works wherever you are.
CDA Commerce LLC was formed in February 2024 and is registered in Florida, United States. It is owned and run by two partners, both of whom work in the business every day.
We started by selling digital design files to people who make things at home. That taught us the part of retail most sellers skip: choosing a product properly, getting it in front of the right person, and looking after them once the sale is done. Physical products came next, and the same standard applies to both.
